The other day I was watching t.v. and I seen an add for free cellphones,from the government,if you make under a certain amount of money.So I looked it up on the computer,and became approved,that was two days ago.Today I got it in the mail,it only took two days.The program is for people that dont have the money to buy a cellphone,or have one available when they need it.If you get any government programs,your likely to be approved.The program is called safe-link,and I found it very easy to use,and it only took five minutes.The phone that they give you is very nice,and easy to use.The phone service is good for one year,and they give you 68 minutes,at the beginning of every month.

What you can do is if you use all the mins they give you,you can buy a normal trackphone card and add it to the phone,I have not had to do that with my phone yet,the mins they give me lasts all month.
i live in virginia. i have tried 5 times to get a trackfone but i haven't any sucess yet. i have gave them my adress,i have gave them a fax number twice. ieven them all information that they ask me. what more can i do?
